From the intersection of the 55 and 405 freeways proceed east 5 miles on the 405 to the Jeffrey/University offramp, then go south 1 mile to Ridgeline Drive. Turn left. After 1½ miles turn left again on Turtle Rock Drive. At ¾ mile you will cross Sunnyhill, which is at the edge of Morningside Park. Stay on on Turtle Rock Dr about one more block to a parking area that is on the left and just inside the park. If everyone at the parking lot is wearing hiking boots then you will know that you have found the right place.
